Founder story

Hello! I’m Caroline, the founder of Arcticana, and I’m here to help your organization perform at its best and achieve its strategic objectives.

Operational excellence and driving transformative change are my passion. Since 2005, I have successfully developed and deployed business and technology transformation for global organizations like NOKIA, CITEC, KONE, NAAVA and KEKKILÄ-BVB. In business unit operations, I have experience in business strategy, operating model design and implementation, portfolio management, sales and marketing development.

Additionally, I bring a unique perspective having also worked extensively on IT transformations. For example, I have managed one of the largest CRM Salesforce platforms in the Nordics and lead the development and deployment of a complex B2B CPQ solution. From designing strategies to implementing solutions, I’ve overseen entire value chains. Therefore, I aspire to leverage this experience to help your business get to the next level!  

I hold a BBA, MBA, and certifications in Salesforce and Lean Six Sigma. Business associates describe me as a determined and collaborative professional who excels at simplifying complexity, driving positive change, and achieving goals.
